Mathematica for students

Maths is everywhere. If you’re a student who needs to do advanced calculations, you need Mathematica. Mathematica for students is an advanced software which allows you to calculate, graph, model, and present complex mathematical ideas.

Why buy it?

For students of Calculus, Differential Equations, and Statistical Analysis, Mathematica is an invaluable tool which allows you to:

  • Do calculations that would be impossible to work out on paper or even with a calculator. From your calculations, Mathematica can model the solutions in different ways from 2D and 3D animations to slide shows, and presentations.
  • Use a tool called ‘free form input’ which allows you to ask questions in natural language and get an output. For example, you could type ‘pi 200 digits’ and it will give you the first 200 numbers of pi.
  • Have access to the Wolfram Alpha technology and knowledge database. Here you can ask data-related questions, for example, a country’s population in any given year, if you needed the answer for your calculations.
  • Verify calculations, explore patterns in data, and much more.
